Use of collected personal data

Contact Form

When you use the contact form or you contact us by email, the communication is kept in our archives for a year, except if you ask us not to.

Cookies

If you go to the connection page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your navigator accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and will be deleted automatically when the navigator is closed.

We have put in place a number of cookies to save connection information and your screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days; a screen preference cookie is one year. If you click on ‘Remember me‘, your connection cookie will be saved for two years. When you sign out of your account, the connection cookie is deleted.

When modifying or publishing information, a supplementary cookie is saved in your navigator. This cookie contains no personal data, it simply assigns an identification (ID) to the information that you have just modified or published. It expires after a day.

Data storage duration

If you leave a commentary, this commentary and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This allows for the automatic recognition and approval of subsequent commentaries, instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.

For users who subscribe to our site (it is possible), the personal data given in their profiles is stored. All users can see, change or delete their personal information at any moment (except for the user name). The website managers can also see and change this information.

Your data rights

You can ask to receive a file containing all the personal data that we have on you, including that which you have given us. You can also ask that this personal data be deleted. This does not, however, include data that is stored for administrative, legal or security reasons.

We do not share any data with a third party.
